Providing excellence in design since 1986, Hurst & Associates provides civil engineering, landscape architecture, land planning, and surveying services to private and public sector clients. We specialize in land development, transportation (street/highway), special districts, and water resources (raw water development, water systems, wastewater systems, drainage, and flood control) projects. Within these specialties, the firm offers feasibility studies, planning documents, entitlement submittals, preliminary and final design plans, construction documents, construction contract administration, and surveying.

To meet or exceed client expectations, a principal of the firm provides design oversight and maintains contact with the client through the completion of the work. This approach allows us to develop long term relationships with clients whose projects extend through multiple phases with durations in excess of 10 years.
