HURST provided topographic mapping, master plans for streets, utilities and drainage, grading plans; construction plans, final plats, site development plans, construction and legal surveying for single family and multi-family units; infrastructure design for 18 hole golf course, construction plans and site plans for golf course; F.E.M.A. map amendments, regional drainage master plans; and agency coordination.
