This mixed use retail community features a “main street” retail with a strong pedestrian experience and opportunities for community interaction. Outdoor eating areas are envisioned along the animated pedestrian space that will be highly amenitized with site furniture and landscaping. PUD modifications allow for flexibility to create a strong sense of place. Components of this project have been constructed.
